Hours: Full-time

Job Duties:

Provide surgical care for patients with acute injuries, life–threatening conditions, and urgent general surgical needs. Works with a multidisciplinary team to provide continuous, high-level patient care. Evaluate and stabilize patients with traumatic injuries and acute conditions. Perform both emergency open and minimally invasive surgical procedures. Develop and

implement treatment plans.


Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic or foreign equivalent


Applicant must also have: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Iowa. Successful completion of Critical Care Fellowship.
