Financial Executive & Accountant (iGaming)

An iGaming software development company delivering custom platforms, games, and solutions for operators worldwide is looking for a Financial Executive & Accountant. Working closely with the CFO, the role involves managing B2B and B2C business accounts, overseeing project budgets, handling payments, and managing reconciliations and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards. This position plays a vital role in managing financial operations within a multi-entity, multi-currency iGaming environment. Job Description First point of contact for banks for applications, management of the accounts Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports Checking and paying invoices Creating and maintaining Project Budget reports Presenting insights and recommendations as well as regular reports to the management Your Profile 2+ years experience in a relevant role (iGaming industry preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with multi-currency accounting Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Xero) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Key KPIs / Success Metrics Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Quality of reconciliations and audit readiness Efficiency of month-end close process Compliance with regulatory and tax requirements Benefits 13th Salary Performance-related bonus after Year 1 Hybrid working environment of 2-3 WFH days after the probation period Flexible working hours: starting between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with a 1-hour lunch break
