Job Description:

• Performs routine assignments using existing procedures within a job discipline to solve routine or standard problems and generally receive instruction, guidance and direction from more experienced colleagues or supervisors.
• The position may require a degree, formal education, or relevant prior work experience.
• This level may include individuals in entry level roles, typically graduates.
• Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives.
• Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes.
• Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.
