Job Description
1. Data: Define & Design
- Define data quality standards and preprocessing workflows to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Build analytical models and expand feature engineering strategies to support precise modeling and inference.
2. Design: Propose
- Design efficient AI architectures, implementing model pruning, quantization, and compression techniques for resource-constrained devices.
- Develop specialized algorithms to address key technical challenges in specific scenarios.
3. Develop & Deploy: Plan & Define
- Establish model development standards and strategies, guiding the team in adopting optimization tools and platforms.
- Develop highly scalable algorithms to support multi-platform model execution and deployment.
- Evaluate and optimize performance bottlenecks of model deployment on embedded and cloud platforms.
- Lead integration of model functionalities with hardware and firmware teams to ensure consistency between deployment and product architecture.
- Design testing specifications and verification processes to ensure system stability and delivery quality.
- Participate in product requirements and specification reviews, providing technical feasibility recommendations.
- Write and maintain technical documentation to support cross-team operations and extended development.
4. Documentation: Patent & Proposal document
- Systematically organize AI development processes and methodologies, writing structured technical documents and reports.
- Ensure technical outputs are traceable and valuable for knowledge transfer.
- Draft innovative proposals and patent documents, transforming technical achievements into company assets.
5. Integration: SW/HW
- Coordinate major technical projects across product lines and departments, consolidating software and hardware integration requirements.
- Serve as a bridge for technical consensus between departments, promoting standardization and system collaborative development.
6. Advanced Technologies: Research & Integrate
- Continuously research, apply, and integrate new AI technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to products.
- Guide the team in acquiring new knowledge, building a technical knowledge base, and enhancing overall technical depth.
