How Your Week Runs
You’ll work onsite in Oxnard on a Monday–Thursday schedule. Most days start with quick alignment with engineering and adjacent teams on priorities, open technical questions, and upcoming reviews. You’ll spend focused blocks at your workstation refining models and drawings, then shift to short working sessions to close out interfaces, clarify supplier details, or confirm customer documentation expectations. As hardware moves forward, you’ll review test results and shop feedback, capture decisions, and update the package so the build and qualification path stays controlled. The pace is steady and practical: complete the work, document it cleanly, and keep issues from carrying over.
