This recognition reflects our commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment and helping individuals build a foundation for lasting recovery.

Come for the career. Stay for the mission. Change lives along the way.

Isaiah House is a nonprofit, Christ-centered addiction recovery organization serving individuals and families across Kentucky.

We provide evidence-based, holistic care through a full continuum of services, from residential treatment to outpatient services and recovery support.

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Programs Supervisor to lead daily program operations at one of our busiest men's residential treatment centers in Louisville, Kentucky.

This position plays a vital leadership role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive recovery environment. The Programs Supervisor oversees and develops Client Support staff while ensuring clients receive the guidance, resources, and services necessary for successful treatment and long-term recovery.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and rebuild their lives.

At Isaiah House, leadership is about more than managing daily operations. It's about developing people, building strong teams, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals working toward recovery.

As a Programs Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to lead with purpose, support a dedicated team, and help create an environment where lasting change is possible.  Be part of a mission that changes lives.
