Job Description
1. 1. Manage Daily Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Industrial Engineering team (section) to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor the status of production lines and promptly resolve unexpected issues.
2. Develop Work Plans:
- Formulate and execute production projects to ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate work tasks with other departments to ensure effective use of resources.
3. Technical Support and Problem Solving:
- Provide technical support and assist team members in resolving technical and operational issues.
- Refer to policies and process standards to address atypical or occasional situations.
4. Team Training and Management:
- Conduct daily work training for the team to improve work quality and output.
- Manage team members’ attendance and performance, and conduct preliminary evaluations.
5. Production Process Optimization:
- Analyze production processes, propose improvement suggestions, and enhance production efficiency.
- Implement process improvement projects to ensure production quality and effectiveness.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth introduction of new products into production.
- Participate in requirements specification discussions and feasibility assessments, providing technical recommendations.
