2027 Graduate Associate: UKI Sales Strategy & Operations
Location: London, UK (in the office at least 3 days per week)
Start Date: September 2027
Team & Role Description
This full time graduate role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team in London that works directly with Salesforce’s UKI CEO and COO to drive strategic planning & analysis.
The UKI Sales Strategy team is the driving force behind the operational and strategic execution of Salesforce’s UKI business. We act as trusted strategic advisors to Salesforce’s UKI Sales Leaders, partnering with them to execute high-impact initiatives and drive revenue growth within the region.
Responsibilities & Impact
As a Graduate Associate, you will be central to the success of our UKI growth strategy. This role sits in the UKI COO Office, working directly with the UKI leadership team. You will work alongside experienced strategy analysts and managers as a partner to the UKI leadership team, gaining regular exposure to the UKI Senior Leadership and UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE.
Your work will involve driving UKI-specific strategic initiatives, such as go-to-market planning, identifying local market opportunities, and shaping investment decisions for the following year. You will help define performance metrics and build the reporting infrastructure needed to monitor the health of the UKI business. By identifying areas of weakness and delivering clear recommendations, you will directly influence the productivity of our regional teams. You will also support the local operating rhythm, including forecasting cycles and executive-level business reviews. From your first weeks you will own real pieces of analysis, and as your experience grows you will lead projects from the first question through to the final recommendation to leadership.
Desired Skills & Experience
We are seeking highly ambitious, intelligent, and commercially-minded graduates to join our UKI team.
- You should be in the final year of a university degree or a recent graduate, and available to start full-time in September 2027.
- You should be an analytical thinker who enjoys gaining insights from data and possesses strong logical reasoning skills.
- You should possess a relentless curiosity, a strong interest in technology, and a passion for creating innovative solutions to challenging business problems.
- You should be a strong communicator who can translate complex information into easily digestible insights and compelling presentations for senior audiences.
- You should be a resilient self-starter with a bias toward ownership and the motivation to go beyond the task at hand.
- You should be a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
