As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for order processing and documentation inquiry in Indonesia.

What you will do:

·       Process sales orders with SAP system.

·       Communicate closely with customers and sales team to achieve OTIF (on time, in full delivery) and forecast accuracy targets.

·       Coordinate with supply chain, quality and production team to secure the supply.

·       Responsible for the data accuracy (eg. pricing, customer master data) and in-time response to customer’s inquiry.

·       Support finance on account receivables, account payables, taxation and compliance.

·       Improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence with continuous improvement (CI) projects.

What you will bring:

·       Bachelor’s Degee in Business Management or any related fields.

·       Proven 2-year experience in customer service and/or logistics.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP

·       Bahasa and English fluency, both written and spoken
