JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting and directing guests and staff; responding to complaints, services issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate; filing; other clerical tasks.
DAYS AND HOURS
Monday - Friday
3:00pm to 11:00pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Welcome visitors at the front desk by greeting, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Coordinate client visitation.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor name badges and issue visitor badges).
- Responsible for completing and filing client paperwork for medical records
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, filing, and other projects as needed.

- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Must have very good computer and customer service skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED is required.
Years of Experience
Experience working in an office setting, experience in customer service, and performing light administrative duties required. Experience filing and organizing documents required. Previous experience working in an office setting as a receptionist, experience handling a variety of customer requests, and experience answering a large volume of calls preferred.
