Field Specialist III

Partner with the best As a Field Specialist III, you will support the execution of Sand Control Systems operations by applying your technical expertise and operational knowledge to medium-risk applications. In this role, you will work closely with customers, field personnel, and operational teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with Baker Hughes operational and HSE standards. You will contribute to the successful execution of field operations by leveraging your knowledge of drilling, completions, and rig operations while continuously developing your technical capabilities across multiple product lines.
As a Field Specialist III, you will be responsible for:

• Executing multiple medium-risk applications within one or more product lines in the Sand Control Systems Product Group.
• Supporting lower-risk applications in additional product groups when required.
• Applying technical and operational knowledge to ensure successful job execution.
• Supporting field operations in accordance with Baker Hughes quality, operational, and safety standards.
• Working directly with customers and operational teams to support service delivery objectives.
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Sand Control Systems equipment.
• Utilizing knowledge of drilling and completion techniques to support operational success.
• Supporting drilling and workover rig operations as required.
• Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Promoting a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture throughout all activities.

• Demonstrate competency in running multiple medium-risk applications within the Sand Control Systems Product Group.
• Possess general knowledge of drilling and completion techniques.
• Have an understanding of drilling and workover rig operations.
• Possess product line experience and technical training related to Sand Control Systems.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in field-based operational environments.
• Have a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety and operational procedures.

Desired Qualifications

• Two-year Technical Degree preferred.
• Industry experience in Sand Control Systems or related oilfield operations.
• Completion of product line-specific technical training.
• Experience working directly with customers in field environments.
• Exposure to multiple Baker Hughes product lines.
