- Float among six different Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step down + More
- See an average of 7-8 patients per day in acute
- 6 weeks on individualized mentorship and training provided on day 1
- Clinical ladder program with a leadership growth track to support your career progression the right way
- Collaborate with a team of over 40 Therapists in acute care alone
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
- Desire to treat highly complex cases
- Servant leader mindset
