Description
Responsible for providing coordination, execution, management, risk factor identification and mitigation for exercises/demonstrations/experiments on behalf of the organization. Support planning and execution of Combatant Command (COCOM)-level exercises. Provide expertise in portfolio weapon systems, operations, and exercise/experiment coordination and facilitation. Assist in the development of exercise tasks inclusive of: concept development, scenario development, main exercise objectives, overall execution management, and after-action review. Advise and assist operational and strategic planners in the development of current and future contingency plans based on portfolio programs. Provide advice, recommendations, and briefings to staff principals, agency chiefs, and external organizations on OPLAN or exercise design activities. Coordinate with HHQ and other commands to develop and manage COCOM, MAJCOMS, and supported staffs. Facilitate coordination and understanding of COCOM/C-MAJCOM requirements to inform portfolio programs. Participate in working groups, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings, user summits resulting in the definition of requirements and CONOPS. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree desired. STEM degree highly desired. Candidate must have a US Top Secret SCI security clearance with SAP experience
