Job Purpose
Lead estimation and tendering activities for major EPC projects, manage bid preparation, pricing strategy, risk assessment and multidisciplinary estimation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete tendering and estimation process
- Review ITTs, FEED packages, drawings and specifications
- Develop BOQs, MTOs, cost estimates and bid strategies
- Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction inputs
- Review vendor and subcontractor quotations
- Lead risk reviews, value engineering and management presentations
- Mentor and manage estimation engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- 15+ years EPC estimation experience
- GCC Oil & Gas experience preferred
- Experience handling EPC tenders above USD 100M
- Strong commercial and leadership skills
