Production Supervisor|2nd Shift|4-Day Workweek

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:00am (paid lunch break)
Pay: Up to $38.25 per hour including the 10% second-shift differential

Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a Production Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Assemble to Order team. This role involves ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of quality, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all company policies. The Production Supervisor will work closely with team members and managers to achieve departmental and company goals.

Your experience may qualify you for placement above the starting hourly rate. We evaluate your experience and skills to determine where you fit within our pay range. Second-shift employees receive a 10% shift differential in addition to their base wage. 

• Oversee the daily operations of the department to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards through regular inspections and quality control measures
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Train, coach, and supervise department Team Leaders, providing guidance and support 
• Collaborate with Department Managers to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations
• Maintain accurate records of departmental performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance
• Address and resolve any operational issues or employee concerns in a timely manner
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor and enforce company policies, addressing issues promptly and appropriately
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of related production experience
• Two years of supervisory experience and/ or training (minimum)
• Technical school or certification (preferred)
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
