Description

Overview

The Marketing Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join two successful and ambitious businesses as part of a unique rotational marketing scheme.

Over two years, you'll gain hands-on experience across both apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods, developing a broad understanding of marketing in both business-to-business and consumer environments.

You'll spend one year working within apetito Marketing and one year within Wiltshire Farm Foods Marketing. The order of these placements may vary, but throughout the programme you'll gain experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines.

Within apetito, you'll experience B2B marketing across sectors such as Healthcare, Care Homes, Education and Corporate, supporting activity including customer insight, proposition development, lead generation, content marketing, digital campaigns and events.

Within Wiltshire Farm Foods, you'll gain exposure to consumer marketing, learning how we attract, engage and retain customers through channels including TV advertising, Direct Mail, Press, Digital, Social Media and CRM. You'll also develop an understanding of customer loyalty, customer experience and brand building in one of the UK's leading direct-to-consumer businesses.

Throughout the programme, you'll work with experienced marketers, agency partners, data analysts and commercial teams, gaining exposure to the full marketing mix. You'll have opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects, develop your commercial understanding and play a role in helping both businesses continue to grow.

Unlike many graduate marketing schemes, this programme offers practical experience across both business-to-business and consumer marketing, providing a broader understanding of the marketing profession and opening up a wider range of future career opportunities.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
