Description
LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
Job Description
At LGT, we are further developing HR through digital solutions, reliable data and the responsible use of AI. To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced HR Systems, Data & AI Specialist to join our HR Services & Digital Transformation team.
In this role, you will combine hands-on Workday development with the design and delivery of data-driven and AI-enabled HR solutions. You will help shape the future HR organization and its ways of working by developing processes, digital solutions and our global HR platform, Workday. You will turn HR needs into practical solutions by building, testing and rolling out HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen, LGT’s internal AI platform, and refining them based on feedback. A strong focus on data quality, governance and trusted HR data will underpin this work.
This is a unique opportunity to actively influence how HR works at LGT – by creating efficient, intuitive employee experiences and putting data and AI to responsible, practical use in HR.
- Drive the further digitalization of HR processes in close collaboration with HR teams, IT and external partners.
- Develop, test and share HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen, LGT’s internal AI platform, from the first idea through to rollout and ongoing improvement.
- Identify and address HR data quality issues with HR teams, and put clear data standards, responsibilities and controls into practice.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and effective use of HR data across Workday and connected systems; support interface-related topics in close collaboration with IT.
- Maintain, optimize and further develop Workday and its business processes, reports and configurations.
Requirements
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data/Analytics or a related discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in HR technology and HR digital transformation; practical Workday experience is essential.
- Proven experience in the maintenance, configuration and further development of HR processes and reports in Workday.
- Experience in data quality management, data governance and data analysis, with the ability to define pragmatic standards and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including developing and testing use cases or agents; experience with HR applications and responsible AI practices is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal German and English skills.
- A collaborative, proactive and curious mindset, combined with a high degree of ownership, integrity, discretion and customer orientation.
What makes this role special
You will work at the intersection of HR, technology, data and AI, with the opportunity to help build useful and responsible solutions that improve the HR experience for employees and the business.
LGT offers an international environment with flat hierarchies, giving you room to take responsibility, develop further and help shape the future of HR. We look forward to receiving your application.
