The role has measurable impact on service efficiency, cost, quality compliance, and customer commitments, and serves as an operational interface between CE, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Training, and Customer stakeholders.

Impact: Improves operational transparency, execution discipline, and decision quality.

### Workforce & Productivity Enablement

  • Provide coordination support for timecard accuracy, scheduling alignment, and vacation planning to ensure coverage and productivity.
  • Create and maintain job aids, templates, and standardized tools that improve technician efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and support improvement actions that reduce cycle time and rework.

Impact: Supports CE productivity, coverage, and consistent execution.

### Training & Capability Enablement

  • Maintain SOPs, BKMs, and CE support documentation to ensure consistency and readiness.
  • Support onboarding and training compliance tracking, including skill progression and system access.

  • Coordinate interview logistics and onboarding execution for new hires.

Impact: Ensures CE capability readiness and compliance with training expectations.

### Quality, Safety & Compliance Support

  • Execute quality checks on IWN documentation, SO compliance, and parts handling accuracy.
  • Support CE Management in implementing corrective actions aligned with safety, equipment, and BKM standards.
  • Maintain audit‑ready operations; conduct and support ARK verifications.
  • Reinforce compliance with global service expectations and site standards.

Impact: Reduces quality escapes and audit risk.

### Customer & Field Engagement Support

  • Prepare operational summaries, metrics, and documentation for customer visits, audits, and operational reviews.
  • Support customer‑facing readiness and clear communication during on‑site engagements.
  • Capture customer feedback and coordinate follow‑up actions with cross‑functional partners.

Impact: Supports customer confidence, transparency, and trust.

### Operational Administration

  • Own and maintain IWN updates, iCapability Plus approvals, and scheduling coordination.
  • Administer Service Orders (creation, correction, closure).
  • Manage TES workflows, parts returns, and disposition activities.
  • Coordinate WIP, WDRs, and OnDemand billing in partnership with Finance.
  • Maintain install base accuracy (tool ownership, CE Lead, configuration, location).

Impact: Ensures data integrity and financial accuracy.

## Decision‑Making & Autonomy

  • Executes work independently using defined processes and BKMs.
  • Prioritizes tasks using KPI data and aging reports.
  • Escalates risks or exceptions per CE procedures.
