Job Description:
The Oncology Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement (OCAR) team at our company is essential for ensuring patient access to our medicines, a key strategic pillar for the organization. Our Market Access team analyzes population demographics and develops innovative solutions to improve access to our Oncology portfolio. As educators and advocates, we engage with stakeholders across payers, providers, channels, and policies to enhance the value of our medicines and support profitable access.
As part of the OCAR team, the Associate Director, will assist in development and execution of market access strategies for our in-line PD-1 asset. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic individual to help shape the market access strategy and to execute with excellence across.
The individual will be a key member of our OCAR New Products team, helping to drive the development and execution of our payer and access strategy for this exciting new asset. Additionally, the role will include contributing to projects on pricing, lifecycle gross to net, discount/contracting assumptions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the lifecycle management (LCM) strategy for our PD-1 asset.
- Work cross-functionally within our Company, including Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement, Market Research, policy team, Global Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, 3 compliance, legal, pricing and others to develop customer specific strategies related to key regulatory and policy milestones.
- Develop comprehensive payer/ market access strategies and execute across relevant teams.
- Input into development and then execute on payer value propositions, pricing strategies, channel specific strategies and branded promotional initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelors degree and Minimum of (5) years combined experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Marketing Customer Management, Managed Care or Sales.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills.
- Proactive nature and ability to manage change, anticipate risks and design controls or mitigation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficient at leading across diverse department and roles and effectively engaging senior management.
- Strong judgement, prioritization, and decision making skills with understanding of broader context of corporate strategies.
- Comfort and confidence in working with diverse teams and backgrounds; routinely demonstrates inclusive behaviors; actively seeks out diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare trends and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities.
- 10% Travel.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- MBA and AD Level of Marketing or Managed Care/Payer Marketing.
- Experience in Oncology/Oncology Payer/Buy-And-Bill.
- Experience in lifecycle management.
- Experience in biosimilars.

The salary range for this role is
$142,400.00 - $224,100.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
