## Responsibilities

### Quality Management System (QMS) & Document Standardization

  • Own and drive Quality Management System (QMS) documentation governance across Assembly & Test.
  • Lead global standardization of:
  • Procedures
  • Specifications
  • Work Instructions
  • Best-known methods (BKMs)
  • Quality documentation templates
  • Establish document control processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and traceability.
  • Partner with site quality teams to review, consolidate, and harmonize quality documents across global manufacturing sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities to simplify documentation and eliminate redundant processes.

### iQCP Business Unit SME (Agentic Quality Transformation)

  • Serve as Business Unit Subject Matter Expert (SME) for iQCP deployment initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into AI agent use cases and digital workflow solutions.
  • Partner with SMAI, Digital Transformation teams, and Quality stakeholders to:
  • Define requirements
  • Map business processes
  • Validate agent outputs
  • Measure business value realization
  • Drive user adoption of AI-enabled quality agents.
  • Support pilot execution, deployment, training, and sustainment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual quality workflows and improve cycle time, accuracy, and decision-making effectiveness.

### Business Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing quality workflows and identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
  • Drive standardization across sites and functions to improve operational consistency.
  • Support implementation of digital dashboards, reporting systems, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor process effectiveness.

### Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with:
  • Global Quality Engineering
  • Site Quality Teams
  • SMAI / IT organizations
  • Business Process Owners
  • Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
  • Present progress updates and recommendations to leadership teams.

## Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in:
  • Quality Engineering
  • Quality Systems
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Process Excellence
  • Process/Equipment Engineering Expertise
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Quality Management Systems
  • Manufacturing Quality Processes
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.

## Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of quality methodologies
  • Experience with digital transformation, workflow automation, or AI-enabled business processes.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, AI agents, or RAG-based solutions.
  • Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
  • Project management and change management experience.
