Job Summary
The Business Continuity Analyst supports the organization’s resilience by performing defined, structured tasks across the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery lifecycles under the direction of the Executive Director. This role assists with data collection, documentation and maintenance of Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans using established templates, workbooks, and processes.The Business Continuity Analyst provides logistical, administrative and documentation support for BC/DR testing, exercises, and crisis simulations including scheduling, materials preparation, and tracking results and action items. During crisis events, this role supports the Crisis Management Team by monitoring communication channels, documenting timelines and actions, and reports.
Accountable for IT infrastructure design outcomes to meet Luminare Health business and user requirements.
Assist with data collection and documentation for Business Impact Analyses.
Support maintenance of Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plan documentation including collection, version control, formatting, and tracking of required plan elements for completeness.
Assist with scheduling, logistics, and administrative coordination for BC/DR tests and exercises, document outcomes, and develop reports.
Maintain trackers for testing results, remediation items, audit action items, and follow-up on outstanding items.
Compile data and supporting documentation to assist with gap identification across business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management.
Assist with preparing documentation and evidence requests for audits, assessments, and regulatory inquiries related to resilience.
Monitor and manage standardized third-party resilience questionnaires and compile supporting documentation.
During crisis events, support the Crisis Management team by monitoring communication channels, documenting timelines and actions, and relaying updates as directed.
Serve as day-to-day system administrator for BC and DR management platforms (e.g., Everbridge, Riskonnect), maintaining user access, records, and data within established procedures and implementing system configurations, as needed.
Other duties as needed/assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma and equivalent work experience
- 2 years of progressive experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Crisis Management.
Preferred:
- Industry certification such as DRI International’s Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FFIEC, FEMA/NIMS, HiTrust, and risk management frameworks.
- Familiarity with continuity and crisis management platforms (e.g. Riskonnect, Everbridge).

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$67,600.00 - $127,000.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
