Job OverviewThis role leads and develops a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales by providing technical expertise to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs. The role oversees technical consultation across customer opportunities, including solution guidance, wireless network coverage analysis, and in-building coverage requests. It drives consistent expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions while partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to support solution adoption, customer engagement, and business growth. Success is measured by team leadership, effective customer and sales support, technical capability development, and contribution to sales outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting business sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer engagement across the small business and broader business customer segments
- Coach and guide solutions engineers in customer meetings and opportunities, ensuring strong technical consultation, solution guidance, and presentation of solution features, benefits, and ROI
- Assit team with in-building coverage requests and other wireless network needs to support our customers, ensuring timely technical guidance and effective customer solutions
- Maintain and advance team expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales strategies and address technical customer needs
- Partner with sales leadership and internal teams including engineering, product development, marketing, and training to align priorities, improve solution delivery, and strengthen customer engagement
- Drive initiatives focused on solution adoption, profitability, and growth within business account bases; also responsible for other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience
OR an advanced degree with 3 years of related work experience
OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) - 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)
- Experience leading or supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) and prior people leadership experience (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $160,700 - $289,800, inclusive of target incentivesBase Pay Range: $112,490 - $202,860The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
