About the team:
The campus operations kitchen equipment team is dedicated to maintaining corporate facilities through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and detailed inspections. They work closely with contractors and suppliers to manage parts and equipment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This team supports operational excellence by promptly addressing maintenance needs and sustaining a safe, well-maintained environment. What you'll do:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on on site kitchen equipment.

Manage projects by coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring progress, mitigating delays and costs, and adhering to budgets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements by conducting risk assessments and providing safety instruction.

Collaborate with team members and business partners to develop and implement processes that meet business needs and improve operations.

Support teams by coordinating work assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability to change.

What you'll bring:

-Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including preventative maintenance and repairs of commercial kitchen equipment.

-Valid Driver's License

-Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate resources, monitor progress, and manage budgets effectively.

-Proficiency in equipment repair, lock out/tag out procedures, and construction-related tasks.

-Commitment to safety compliance, risk assessment, and providing safety instruction to personnel.

--Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with teams and stakeholders.

-Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade or 7 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.
Valid Driver's License.
Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
1 year’s experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
