Personal Care Attendant – Naples, ME | Cumberland County
MaineTouch is hiring Personal Care Attendants in Naples, ME 04055 and surrounding areas of Cumberland County. If you have experience as a home health aide, direct support professional, caregiver, or personal care assistant - or if you're simply dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference - we want to hear from you.
Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and availability, with performance-based increases. We offer full-time and part-time in-home care positions with day, evening, and weekend shifts. You tell us your availability - we match you with clients near you. Mileage reimbursement is provided when applicable.
In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes following an individualized plan of care - providing personal care, supporting safe mobility and transfers, assisting with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and offering the steady companionship that keeps people living safely at home. No experience required - we train and support you from day one.

Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Willingness to complete PSS training within 60 days of hire
- CNAs (active or inactive) welcome
- Reliable transportation; valid driver's license preferred
