Sr. Expert Operator Semi Assembly

Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating and maintaining automated assembly equipment, pick-and-place machines, or wafer processing tools Assembly Techniques: Experience with micro-assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation Documentation: Ability to compile and maintain production logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or software like Excel Technical Reading: Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI) Employment in this position is subject to successfully obtaining NCIC (National Crime Information Center) background clearance and Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) authorization At Infineon Technologies, we value diversity and inclusion, recognizing the unique contributions of each team member in driving innovation and success.
