Solutions Architect - Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications across multiple business functions.

• Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and future-ready technology solutions.

• Define end-to-end architectures covering business processes, applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and digital transformation goals.

• Develop architecture roadmaps that support business transformation, application modernization, operational efficiency, and long-term technology strategies.

• Architect enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

• Provide architectural direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other integrated business applications, including low-code/no-code solutions that streamline workflows and improve business processes.

• Establish Power Platform architecture standards, development practices, reusable components, and governance frameworks to ensure solution quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Design cloud-native, hybrid, and integrated architectures using Microsoft Azure services.

• Define integration strategies using APIs, RESTful services, event-driven architectures, messaging, orchestration, middleware, and workflow-based integration.

• Design and govern integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Azure Event Grid.

• Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across business applications, enterprise systems, and external platforms.

• Develop architectural strategies for scalability, availability, performance, resilience, disaster recovery, and cloud platform optimization.

• Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, solution design workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Establish and maintain architecture principles, reference architectures, integration patterns, technical standards, and design guidelines.

• Identify architectural risks, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend improvements aligned with business needs, security policies, and enterprise governance requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle, including mentoring on design methodologies, integration patterns, and Microsoft platform best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, developers, infrastructure and security teams, and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Present architecture proposals, technical recommendations, and technology roadmaps to senior management and executive stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a closely related role.

• At least 3 years of experience leading the architecture and implementation of integrated business application solutions.

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and enterprise integration architecture.

• Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and complex system architecture.

• Proven experience with Azure Integration Services, particularly Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Azure Event Grid.

• Experience working in large, complex organizations and coordinating across multiple stakeholders, business functions, and technology teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure.

• Experience leading digital transformation, cloud modernization, and enterprise application integration initiatives.

• Experience establishing architecture governance frameworks, reusable solution patterns, and enterprise-wide technical standards.

• Experience conducting proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluating emerging technologies for enterprise adoption.
