People Perfect is hiring on behalf of a leading Ice Cream & Dairy Manufacturing Company.
Location: Lahore
Position: Production Manager (Production & Quality Control)
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Implement production schedules to meet demand and operational targets.
- Ensure quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor production machinery, equipment efficiency, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and SOP compliance.
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; relevant Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Ice Cream or Dairy Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and raw materials.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
