সোসাইটি ফর প্রজেক্ট ইমপ্লিমেন্টেশন রিসার্চ ইভ্যালুয়েশন এন্ড ট্রেনিং (সোপিরেট) একটি জাতীয় পর্যায়ের ক্রম অগ্রসরমান বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা যা বিগত ১৯৮৫ সাল হতে শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য , প্রবীণ হিতৈষী, কৈশোর এবং দারিদ্র বিমোচনে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করে আসছে। সংস্থাটি এমআরএ সনদপ্রাপ্ত (সনদ নং-01874-02086-00279) ও পিকেএসএফ এর সহযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসাবে পরিচালিত সংস্থার "নিরাপদ মৎস্য পণ্য উৎপাদন ও বাজারজাতকরণ” (Rural Microenterprise Transformation Project (RMTP) শীর্ষক ভ্যালু চেইন উন্নয়ন উপ-প্রকল্পের জন্য উল্লেখিত পদে সংস্থার কর্মএলাকায় গ্রামীণ জনগোষ্টির সাথে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের জরুরী ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে।

- আবেদনকারীদের নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে:

- কর্মস্থল: কুমিল্লা, চাঁদপুর, নোয়াখালী, ফেনী, লক্ষ্মীপুর
- বেতন: ২৮০০০ - ৩০০০০ (মাসিক)
- এছাড়া উৎসব ভাতা হিসেবে প্রতিবছর এক মাসের বেতনের সমপরিমান অর্থ এবং বৈশাখী ভাতা হিসেবে মাসিক বেতনের ১০ শতাংশ অর্থ প্রাস্ত হবেন।
- ইনক্রিমেন্ট: প্রতিবছর সংস্থায় মূল্যায়নের উপর ভিত্তি করে বার্ষিক সর্বোচ্চ ০৫ শতাংশ পর্যন্ত বেতন বৃদ্ধি হতে পারে।
- যাতায়াত বিল: মাঠের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় যাতায়াত বিল প্রদান করা হবে।
- মোবাইল ও ইন্টারনেট বিল: সংস্থার নিয়মানুযায়ী মোবাইল ও ইন্টারনেট ভাতা প্রাপ্ত হবেন।
- উপ-প্রকল্পের অগ্রগতি পর্যালোচনা করে পকল্পের লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য অর্জনে স্টাফদের সহায়তা প্রদান।
- উপ-প্রকল্পের লগ-ফেম এবং প্রকল্প কর্মকান্ড বাস্তবায়ন অগ্রগতি সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ কিনা তা প্রকল্প সমন্বয়কারী ও ভ্যালু চেইন ফ্যাসিলিটেটর-কে অবহিত করে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ করা।
- উপ-প্রকল্পের বিভিন্ন স্টাডি, গবেষণা ও সমীক্ষার জন্য ToR প্রস্তুত করা।
- উপ-প্রকল্পের আওতায় লক্ষ্যভুক্ত উদ্যোক্তা নির্বাচন প্রক্রিয়ায় সহকারী ভ্যালু চেইন ফ্যাসিলিটেটররগণকে সহযোগীতা করা এবং উদ্যোক্তা অন্তর্ভুক্তি যথাযথ হচ্ছে কিনা তা যাচাই করা।
- উদ্যোক্তাদের ডাটাবেইজ তৈরি করা, হালনাগাদ, বিশ্লেষণ ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও বিতরণ।
- উপ-প্রকল্পসমূহের ইনপুট, আউটপুট ও আউটকামসহ বিভিন্ন সূচকের অগ্রগতি নিয়মিত মনিটর করা এবং মাসিক প্রতিবেদন আকারে দাখিল করা।
- RMTP-PMU-এর রেজাল্ট বেজড মনিটরিং ব্যবস্থায় হালনাগাদ তথ্য সরবরাহ করা।
- মাঠ পর্যায়ে কর্মকান্ড বাস্তবায়নে নিয়োজিত জনবলকে কর্মকান্ড বাস্তবায়ন অগ্রগতি ও লগ ফ্রেমের সূচকের প্রভাব বিষয়ে দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে প্রয়োজনে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা।
- উপ-প্রকল্পের প্রতিবেদন, সাফল্যগাথাঁ ও প্রকাশনা প্রস্তুতিতে প্রকল্প সমন্বয়কারী ও ভ্যালু চেইন ফ্যাসিলিটেটর-কে সহায়তা করা।
- প্রকল্পের বেইজলাইন/সাব-সেক্টর স্টাডি, মিডটার্ম রিভিউ, চুড়ান্ত সার্থে, বার্ষিক আউটকাম সার্ভে, প্রকল্পের শিখন, কেইস স্টাডি, বেস্ট প্রাকটিস ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে প্রকাশনা তৈরি করতে যোগ্য পরামর্শক নিয়োগ ও কার্যসমূহ সম্পাদন করতে কার্যকরী ভূমিকা রাখা।
- প্রকল্পবদ্ধ জ্ঞান বিতরনের জন্য বিভিন্ন সভা, সেমিনার ইত্যাদি আয়োজন করা।
- এছাড়া সংস্থা কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত প্রকল্প সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য কর্মকান্ড যথা সময়ে সম্পন্ন করতে তৎপর থাকা।
- Festival Bonus: 3 (Yearly)
- এছাড়া উৎসব ভাতা হিসেবে প্রতিবছর এক মাসের বেতনের সমপরিমান অর্থ এবং বৈশাখী ভাতা হিসেবে মাসিক বেতনের ১০ শতাংশ অর্থ প্রাস্ত হবেন।
