What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of small to mid-size client accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure successful engagement delivery.
- Work closely with the Pre-sales team to understand client requirements and support solutioning.
- Draft proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue through existing accounts.
- Create impactful presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Leverage LLMs/AI tools to improve productivity and deliverables.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts while gradually managing a larger portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
- 0- 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Pre-sales, Sales, or Consulting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a conversational approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly understand business and technical concepts.
- Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Curious, disciplined, accountable, and open to continuous feedback and learning.
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution and follow-through.
Bonus Points
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, or Consulting.
- Exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience creating proposals, client presentations, or solution documents.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while identifying growth opportunities.
