Description
ABOUT TRADIN ORGANIC
Tradin Organic is the global front-runner in certified organic food ingredients — sourcing more than 250 products from over 60 countries, with 500+ employees and offices spanning North America, Europe, and beyond. Founded in the 1980s and headquartered in Amsterdam, Tradin has spent four decades building one of the most trusted, vertically integrated organic supply chains in the world. They were recently named 2026 Best Organic Supplier by The Organic Center and Organic Voices. Tradin's mission is bold: make organic the foundation of a thriving, future-proof food system — one that brings more nature back into agriculture while strengthening supply chains and communities. That mission is now expanding into beverages.
Tradin Organic Beverage Foundry (TOBF) is Tradin's newly established juice and beverage manufacturing facility in Fort Pierce, Florida — a strategic investment in building a fully integrated organic ingredients and beverage supply chain. This isn't a satellite office or a contract plant. This is Tradin planting a flag in U.S. beverage manufacturing, and Fort Pierce is where it starts. We're looking for a Maintenance Manager who is ready to build something. Not inherit a perfectly running operation — build one. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled F&B plant engineer who knows how to drive reliability, develop a team, keep a storeroom tight, and hunt down the root cause of failures until they stay fixed. If you'd rather be on the floor than behind a desk — and you have the track record to back it up — we want to talk.
Position Summary
