Direct Sales Account Manager

Our client, a leading Irish media group with a strong portfolio of publications and digital platforms, is looking for a Direct Sales Account Manager to grow their presence across Northern Ireland. The focus is digital first: winning new business, looking after SME clients, and building advertising solutions that tackle real business problems.

You'll be the face of the brand in the region, so this suits someone who enjoys building relationships and turning a good idea into a result a client can see.

Where you'll spend your time

• Finding, qualifying, and converting new business across Northern Ireland
• Building long term relationships with SME clients
• Creating insight led proposals that link to each client's goals
• Pitching campaigns that blend digital, print, and partnership options
• Using data to show return on investment
• Keeping the pipeline healthy and forecasting accurate through the CRM
• Working with colleagues across the business so campaigns land smoothly
• Hitting and beating revenue targets for the region

What you'll bring

• At least 3 years in senior sales or account management
• A record of consultative selling and exceeding ambitious targets
• A solid grasp of digital advertising products, platforms, and performance metrics
• Proven success building new business pipelines and managing high value relationships
• Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital reporting tools
• A self motivated, entrepreneurial approach
