At Ayvens, we have an opening for an experienced Senior Paid Social Specialist.

What are you going to do?

As our new Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing paid social media activities across multiple Ayvens markets. You will act as the subject matter expert for paid social advertising, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth through data-driven campaign management and strategic media planning. Working closely with local marketing teams, commerce stakeholders, and external partners, you will ensure social media investments deliver measurable business results while promoting best practices, scalability, and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build, execute, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant social channels.
• Develop paid social strategies that support lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness objectives across multiple countries.
• Manage media budgets, monitor ROI, and continuously optimize campaign performance through audience targeting, creative testing and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations to stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with country marketing teams, content managers, campaign managers and developers to deliver impactful and scalable campaigns.
• Leverage first-party data, analytics tools and automation solutions to improve targeting, reporting and campaign effectiveness.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert by sharing best practices, mentoring team members, supporting onboarding activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate combines deep paid social expertise with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. You are comfortable managing large-scale campaigns across multiple markets, translating business objectives into effective media strategies, and using data and automation to deliver measurable performance improvements. You thrive in a collaborative international environment and can effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social advertising and at least 8 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
• Strong experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and other major social channels.
• Proven expertise in campaign automation, feed management and scaling solutions using tools such as Channable and Smartly.io.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, reporting platforms and data-driven performance optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated success in delivering integrated paid social campaigns focused on lead generation, engagement and brand awareness.
• Experience working in Agile environments with a strong focus on automation, standardization and scalability of paid media activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and provide strategic guidance across international teams.

Fluent in English is required. Any additional language is considered a plus.
