2020 Companies, in partnership with Faraday Future EAI Robotics, is hiring a Partner & Channel Development Manager to build and scale FF’s Partner/Agent Reseller (PAR) network across the assigned region.
In this role, you will translate proven B2B success cases into a high-impact channel playbook by recruiting, onboarding, and activating top-tier local dealers and resellers using FF’s standard agreement framework and Partner Portal. Accountable for channel revenue, you will drive partner acquisition, partner sell-through volume, and overall channel profitability across the region.
Pay: $80,000 annually + unlimited commission
On-Target Earnings: $110,000 - $150,000 including base wages and target sales incentive compensation
Preferred Qualification: Mandarin Bilingual
Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future visa sponsorship.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, recruit, and sign dealers/resellers in the assigned state region, starting from FF’s dealer prospect pipeline and competitor-channel mapping
- Negotiate and execute partner onboarding using FF’s standard “No Haggle” Dealer Agreement, Demonstration Unit Agreement, and Wholesale Agreement templates
- Package local B2B success cases into channel playbooks (target segment, pitch, demo script, ROI model, pricing) that PARs can replicate and scale
- Enable and certify partner sales teams together with the regional FAE (product training, demo capability, first-deal coaching)
- Manage partner performance: sell-through targets, inventory turns, lead-protection compliance, and margin discipline; conduct quarterly partner business reviews
- Coordinate lead routing between direct KAMs and partners in CRM to enforce lead-protection and non-circumvention rules
- Support partner co-marketing, showroom programs, and system-integrator collaboration initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of channel development, dealer network build-out, or distribution management experience (robotics, IT hardware, industrial equipment, or consumer electronics)
- Proven record of recruiting and activating new dealers/resellers and growing sell-through revenue
- Strong contract negotiation skills and disciplined pipeline/partner-record management
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing dealer/reseller network in robotics, STEM/education products, or automation equipment
- Experience with partner portals, channel incentive programs, and MDF administration
- Bilingual English/Mandarin communication skills
