What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help provide respiratory care treatments and support services that directly impact patient outcomes. Working under physician orders and established protocols, you'll assist with:
Non-invasive ventilation management (BiPAP/NPPV)
Medication aerosol treatments
Bronchial hygiene therapies
Lung expansion therapies
Basic life support and CPR response
Respiratory equipment preparation, cleaning, and maintenance
Supply management, stocking, and inventory support
You'll be trusted to recognize changes in patient conditions, communicate concerns promptly, and contribute to safe, high-quality patient care. Every shift offers opportunities to learn, grow, and build experience in a hospital-based respiratory care setting.

Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of or currently enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
Holds a provisional Respiratory Therapist license through the Idaho State Board of Medicine or is enrolled full-time in an American Medical Association-recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or Military Training Network.
Preferred:
Successful completion of the first clinical year in a Respiratory Therapy program.
