We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Real Estate team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career within insurance, joining a supportive and growing team where you'll receive hands on training, ongoing development and clear progression opportunities.
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, you'll initially be based in the office for your first three months while completing a structured training programme. Once signed off, you'll move to a hybrid working pattern, offering a great balance between office and home working.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in customer service, sales or an office based environment who enjoys building relationships and helping customers. Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential. We're looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn and wants to build a successful career within a business that actively supports progression and professional development.
How you'll make an impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Manage insurance renewals and retain existing business
Generate new business opportunities through warm leads and client referrals
Handle inbound enquiries, mid-term adjustments and cancellations
Provide support and guidance to clients regarding their insurance requirements
Work closely with freeholders, directors and Right to Manage companies
Ensure all activity is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to both individual and team targets
About you
Previous experience within customer service, sales or an office based environment
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Motivated, enthusiastic and keen to develop a long term career
Comfortable working towards targets and earning bonus
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Professional and confident when dealing with customers
Insurance experience would be beneficial but is not essential
CII qualifications would be advantageous but are not required
