Kick‑start Your Career with Murex (IT/Engineers/Computer Science Welcome)
The Technical Consultant role is a core position at Murex and an excellent opportunity for engineers with 0–3 years of technical experience to start and grow their career in a global fintech environment.
Technical Consultants play a critical role in supporting Murex solutions used by leading financial institutions worldwide. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be fully integrated into Murex’s global teams and support complex production environments while collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
With structured onboarding, continuous learning, and mentorship, you will gain hands‑on experience in production support, technical problem‑solving, and system analysis, while progressively building strong expertise in a fast‑evolving technology landscape.
This role is ideal for junior engineers who enjoy problem‑solving, structured thinking, and understanding how complex platforms operate in real‑world conditions.
Note: The role is not heavy coding roles. While scripting, configuration, and code analysis are important, the primary focus is on understanding systems, diagnosing issues, supporting production environments, and ensuring service reliability as well as maintain effective English communication with regional clients.

Your Team
You will join Murex’s Technical Consulting teams, responsible for the stability, performance, and reliability of the Murex platform across client and internal environments.
Working closely with Functional Consultants, Developers, Infrastructure teams, and clients, you will gain exposure to large‑scale, mission‑critical systems used by global financial institutions.
The Technical Consultant team includes a variety of sub-teams including:
- Production and Architecture Consultant
- Operate Consultant
- Integration Consultant
- DevOps Consultant
- Test Analyst
Based on your profile and experience, we will route you to availably suitable opportunities and share with you in detail.
Your Profile
- Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or related.
- Good English communication to work with international team.
- Technical skill: You possess strong fundamental technical foundation in SQL, Linux and programming language (Preferably Java/Python)
- Soft skill: we seek individuals who take ownership, work effectively with diverse teams, build trusted relationships, embrace feedback, and continuously learn & growth from both successes and failures.
Success Milestones
First 3 months
- Learn core technical areas, tools
- Shadow production support activities
- Resolve initial support incidents with guidance
3–6 months
- Start owning technical topics or environments
- Independently analyze and resolve incidents
- Contribute to documentation and technical improvements
6–12 months
- Independently handle production support/technical responsibilities
- Act as a reliable technical contact for specific systems or clients
- Proactively contribute to automation, stability, and service improvements
