Description
About Rendezvous Robotics
Today, everything we send to space is constrained by what fits inside a rocket fairing. That's a fundamental bottleneck if we want to build real infrastructure in orbit. Rendezvous Robotics is solving this problem with electromagnetic self-assembling tiles that enable spacecraft and structures to autonomously dock, reconfigure, and scale in space. We're building the foundation for structures that can grow far beyond what any single launch can carry.
We're a small team based in Golden, Colorado, moving fast toward our first demonstrations. Our work spans hardware, software, and systems engineering, and we're always looking for people who want to build things that matter.
Why Apply Here
Don't see a role that matches your background? We'd still like to hear from you. We're growing quickly and new positions open regularly. If you're excited about what we're building and think you'd be a good fit, submit your application here and we'll reach out when the right opportunity comes up.
We're especially interested in people with experience in:
- Spacecraft systems, structures, mechanisms, or thermal design
- Avionics, power systems, or PCB design
- Flight software, embedded systems, or real-time controls
- GNC, autonomy, or robotics
- Manufacturing, integration, and test
- Operations, program management, or business development
But if your background doesn't fit neatly into one of those categories and you still think you'd add value, apply anyway.
