Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive assistants.
- Manage schedule changes, travel preferences, and itinerary details.
- Coordinate and manage flight crew scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with FAR Part 91 duty limits and legal rest requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end trip planning for large-cabin aircraft.
- Coordinate catering, ground transportation, and other trip logistics.
- Ensure all trip arrangements comply with FAA regulations and company safety standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate flight dispatch or aviation crew scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 duty and rest regulations.
- Proficiency with flight scheduling or trip-planning software, such as TripPlanning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with executives.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service mindset with exceptional attention to detail and safety.
