Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will l ead and optimize assembly production operations to achieve output, delivery, and performance KPIs by effectively managing resources, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration . You will also  drive continuous improvement, support business growth initiatives, and develop team capabilities to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Leading a team to fulfil Assy Out Speed KPI Requirement by managing the 4M Methodology (Man, Machines, Method and Material) Set ambitious target by supporting the overall Production Program (26 weeks) demand acceptance within available capacity and meeting the set weekly KPI target Take  responsible and ownership of fulfilment relevant KPI’s, delivery targets, fast execution of production orders and change requests to secure in time delivery, customer commitments and satisfaction  Take  responsible and ownership thought support the ramp-up, migration/transfers, start-up , whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved Instil  focus on customer by collaborate and align with OPC planners to meet Raw Clip and priority on Escalation level (EL) bau Be passion about  profit in Direct / Indirect cost monitoring and actively involve in  improvement project to ensure no deviation Make timely decision to support Engineering samples to meet the Cycle Time target Team up for best results through main interface with Test planner, capacity planner, PLP planner, and IE Drive value through  innovation and Strive for Excellent by enhancing existing planning tools and databases, review processes, procedures and guidelines to support and improve the Production Program processes and performance Foster your talents through grow and motivate yourself and team members (Mini Store and MARS Team) Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You strive for excellence by leveraging  strong leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills to drive operational success and achieve business objectives. You communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration through strong negotiation, delegation, and conflict management capabilities in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's  degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Economics or equivalent Fresh graduate with a minimum 1 year of experience in Semiconductor is an added advantage Experience in managing and controlling Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent planning and organizational skills Effective  communication, negotiation, and persuasive skill s Strong influencing and leadership skills Effective delegation skills Strong conflict management skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
