Receive at the airport and transport the different members coming from the USA. Keep the log of vehicles and control of gas vouchers. Account daily for the money received for expenses, with the person in charge of the petty cash. Deliver checks and documents to banks, collect and return account statements, cash petty cash checks, make deposits in the Hospital's accounts, certify checks and buy money orders in dollars. Make urgent purchases of medications, stationery, etc. Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality of all documents and transactions entrusted to you. Take correspondence to the post office and pick up packages, send telegrams, make minor purchases. Deliver and collect documents to/from banks, Social Security offices, the D.F. Treasury, and other government offices. Keep the Hospital vehicles in optimal condition, reporting when they need maintenance, inspection, and repair. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
