Senior Infra Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: 

• Lead large-scale infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and systems integration projects. 

• Manage project scope, cost, risks, quality, escalations, and stakeholder expectations. 

• Drive successful delivery across multiple enterprise clients. 

 

We are looking for candidates who has: 

Project Management Experience 

• 8–15 years of project management experience in SI/vendor environments. 
• Strong experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, data center, and security projects. 
• Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-project environments. 

 

Project Management Best Practice 

• Strong governance using Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies. 
• Experienced in budget management, project financial reporting, and escalation handling. 
• Strong risk, change request, and stakeholder management. 

 

Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement 

• Work with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during tender and proposal stages. 
• Prepare SOW, project plans, estimations, roadmaps, and governance structure. 

 

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills 

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive “C” level clients

• Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries 
• Demeanour: Maintain a polished appearance and exhibit confidence during client interactions 
• Communication: Clearly convey information, build rapport, and foster positive relationships with clients 
• Problem-Solving: Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly 

 

Qualifications: 

Must-Have Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / computer engineering or a technology equivalent 
• Compulsory: PMI PMP Project Management Professional, CSM Certified Scrum Master / Agile certifications. ITIL Foundation Certification. 
• Good to have: PMP Program Management Professional Certifications, MSP Managing Successful Programs 
• At least 8-15 years of project management experience with majority of years in Infrastructure/Hardware/Networking & Monitoring/Cloud/Security Systems projects 
• Majority of Project Management experience from SI/Consultancy/Technology Product Vendor environments 

 

Must-have Project Management Experience in one or more of these Infrastructure/Cloud areas: 

• Cloud ecosystems / IaaS Project Management 
• AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, RedHat, Snowflake, On Premise to Cloud Migration 
• On-Premises technology Project Management 
• Data centres, virtualization, hyper-converge - Nutanix, VMware 
• Infrastructure Project Management 
• Windows, Linux, storage, networking, firewall, routers, WI-FI desktops/laptops/devices, servers, backup, system management solutions, observability, security, tech refresh projects 
• CISCO, Checkpoint, Paolo Alto network, Dell, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Huawei, IBM, Lenovo, Veeam Backup, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, CyberArk, Aquasec, Terraform, Ansible, KONG, ROSA
