- Optimize the consumer journey by identifying opportunities to improve site navigation, product discovery, content, and onsite experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute onsite merchandising strategies that balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives and make it easy for consumers to discover, understand, and purchase products.
- Analyze site performance and consumer behavior, monitoring key metrics including conversion rate, consumer flow, time on site, bounce rate, site health, and organic traffic to identify opportunities and inform merchandising decisions.
- Leverage SEO best practices to improve organic visibility, accessibility, and product discoverability, including keyword research, content optimization, metadata, and ongoing site health.
- Partner with Creative, Content, Product Management, and Marketing teams to develop and activate compelling digital assets, product stories, campaigns, promotions, banners, imagery, and video that enhance the online consumer experience.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce Operations and Digital teams to support website development, UX/UI enhancements, functionality improvements, and ongoing site optimization.

- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy across high volumes of products, content, and digital assets.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve website and content issues in a fast-paced environment.
