This role is essential for driving business growth and operational excellence within direct to consumer organizations across the United States. It involves developing and executing business strategies to achieve subscriber growth targets and enhance customer experience metrics. The role requires coordination between the company and direct to consumer organizations to align on national initiatives, business operations, and marketing needs. Success is measured by meeting or exceeding performance expectations, subscriber growth, and effective management of direct to consumer relationships. The work impacts organizational goals by ensuring dealer alignment with company strategies and delivering consistent operational performance.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve subscriber growth and operational goals within direct to consumer organizations
- Manage account plans and lead regular engagement with direct to consumer organiztion and field teams to support distribution and market initiatives
- Ensure alignment of direct to consumer channel strategies with national company initiatives and programs
- Serve as liaison for legal matters, including contract management, dispute resolution, and fraud investigations
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 4-7 years Sales and operational experience. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years In-depth retail experience (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $122,400 - $220,800National Base Pay Range: $102,000 - $184,000
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
