Your responsibilities

• You will develop and implement engineering procedures, techniques, and work sequences that improve quality, productivity, and project outcomes.
• You will perform engineering analyses and apply scientific principles to create and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• You will collaborate with design, development, and production teams to ensure engineering activities remain aligned with project schedules and delivery targets.
• You will support and coordinate engineering work, including overseeing subcontracted engineering activities when required.
• You will identify project risks, ensure quality requirements are met, and implement processes that support successful project delivery while coaching and supporting colleagues in your area of expertise.

Expectations for you

• You have a degree or relevant education in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic, Process, Systems, or a related field.
• You have less than 3 years of relevant engineering experience and are eager to develop your technical capabilities.
• You have the ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting project delivery in a structured environment.
• You are willing to work primarily within a national scope of responsibility.

You are able to work independently on assigned tasks while following established engineering processes and standards.
