Please note that only students currently enrolled in a university and able to provide a valid internship agreement will be considered for this position.

We are currently looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Operational Excellence team.

Duration:

6 months

Your Role at Haleon:

• You will analyse data from our operations and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• You will support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the Nyon site.
• You will create dashboards and reports that help teams make informed, data-driven decisions.
• You will support the deployment of a continuous improvement culture within the Nyon site.

What we expect from you:

• You are pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• You have an interest in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
• You enjoy analyzing data and turning insights into actions.
• You are proactive, curious, persistent, and willing to challenge the status quo.
• You thrive in collaborative and multicultural environments.
