Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Technical Training Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Collision Technical Training Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, coordinate, and manage collision technical training classes for Toyota and Lexus collision center managers, estimators, and technicians. This includes collision training related projects such as managing collision educational program, certification, and collision related publications. Reporting to the collision technical training and training strategy manager, the person in this role will support the technical training department's objective to drive customer retention by delivering excellent ownership experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, coordinate, and manage training schedules by working with internal/external stakeholders
- Create collision training KPI summary report and dashboard to track plan vs actual and understand trends and share with stakeholders
- Analyze collision training KPI to maximize our resources by adjusting training schedule per business needs and developing an annual training plan to increase the efficiency of training capacity utilization
- Improve training registration process to reduce manhours and increase the efficiency of training capacity utilization by working with stakeholders
- Lead collision educational program by finding schools, analyzing feasibility, communicate with stakeholders, and manage contracts.
- Support training needs for the four training centers including parts/tools/goods orders, facilities, class preparations, billing, and budget.
- Manage and support new and other collision-related projects
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail or automotive field in more than 5 years
Added Bonus
- Knowledge of or experience working with the Toyota/Lexus Technician Certification Program.
- Knowledge of or experience using Cornerstone or a similar learning management system (LMS).
