## In one sentence

The Facilities Management Expert is responsible for overseeing all aspects of campus facilities, including building operations, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and administrative coordination.

## What will your job look like?

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the relevant Amdocs offices.
• Act as a primary point of contact for facilities-related topics, supporting a safe and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate facility and logistics needs in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records related to activities, services, and repairs.
• Coordinate and execute site events while driving continuous improvements across areas of responsibility, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Serve as an EHS representative, including responsibility for business continuity planning (BCP), security systems, and implementation of EHS and ISO standards aligned with global guidelines.
• Be involved in the implementation and execution of all EHS and security requirements across the relevant offices.
• Deliver end-to-end projects (building works, renovations, space allocation).
• Perform proactive inspections of ongoing services (cleaning, catering, electro-mechanical).
• Manage vendors within scope, ensuring invoice review aligns with allocated budgets while promoting efficiency and cost awareness.
• Follow company procedures and organizational standards

## All you need is...

• Technical certification (such as practical engineering).
• Strong proficiency in English and Greek.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Experience managing projects from planning through execution.
• Basic technical knowledge (e.g., electricity, air conditioning systems).
• Experience working on large sites within a global company.
