In this role, you will provide one-on-one, personalized nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored nursing care aligned with each client’s care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, under RN supervision.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and report any concerns or potential risks.
- Maintain and monitor medical equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
- Manage and organize medical supplies, including reordering as necessary.
- Assist clients with attending medical appointments, ensuring continuity of care.
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the supervising RN.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.

Pay Details
Varies by qualification, complexity and hours worked per week
- Typical Weekly Pay: $1200-$2200 Gross
- Hourly Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour
Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate after 40 hours/week

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- CPR Certification
- Completed TB Test
- Valid Driver’s License and Social Security/Birth Certificate
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health, residential, or long-term care
Preferred Experience:
- Care for pediatric, geriatric, or special needs clients (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilator care).
- Strong soft skills: compassion, reliability, attention to detail, and communication
- BLS Certification (preferred)
Technical ability to operate and maintain medical equipment and follow clinical procedures.
