Pratham is an innovative learning organization created to improve the quality of education in India. Established in 1995 to provide education to children in the slums of Mumbai, Pratham has grown in both scope and scale, with programs today reaching children and youth across the country.

## Tasks

• **Training the students on the curriculum provided by Pratham.**
• **Arranging for guest lectures.**
• **Arranging visit to the local parlours for the students.**
• **Arranging for Industrial training for the students during the course.**
• **Counselling the students for placements and post placement.**
• **Maintaining the training quality of the centre.**
• **Maintaining the reports on Equipment and products used during the training**
• **Willing to take Virtual session**
• **Maintaining the academic excel sheet**
• **Connecting Virtually with Students and Team members.**

## Requirements

• **Willingness to travel regularly**
• **Minimum Qualification: Graduation 12th or Graduation**
• **3 years of experience in the field and teaching. 2 years of experience**
• **Diploma in beauty course. Beauty Course Certified**
• **Basic Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word, Internet, etc.)**
• **Knowledge of Virtual application (Zoom, Google meet)**
• **Good Communications Skills**
• **Fluency in English, Hindi & the Regional Language**
• **Experience/ interest in training and teaching**
