Overview
Responsible for preparing bid calculations for construction projects including rough construction and turnkey construction for residential buildings, office buildings, production facilities, infrastructure facilities, and industrial plants. Develop technical solutions and special designs. Conduct supplementary calculations in close cooperation with site management. Responsible for the entire bidding process up to conclusion of the construction contract. Conduct award negotiations. Prepare quantity determinations for billing. Requires a completed degree in civil engineering/architecture or comparable qualification. Ideally already has professional experience in billing, quantity determination, or calculation of construction measures in building construction. Specific knowledge of modern IT and calculation programs, especially RIB iTWO. Requires entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative.

## Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen für Bauprojekte (Rohbau/Schlüsselfertigbau) für Wohngebäude, Bürogebäude, Produktionsstätten, Infrastruktureinrichtungen und Industrieanlagen
- Entwicklung technischer Lösungen und Sonderanfertigungen
- Durchführung von Nachtragskalkulationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Angebotsprozess bis zum Abschluss des Bauvertrags
- Durchführung von Vergabeverhandlungen
- Erstellung von Massenermittlungen für die Abrechnung
## Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Richtung Bauingenieurwesen/Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in der Abrechnung, Mengenermittlung oder Kalkulation von Baußmaßnahmen im Hochbau
- Spezifische Kenntnisse zeitgemäßer EDV- und Kalkulationsprogramme, v.a. RIB iTWO
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative
